Job Summary
The ACAA's Director, Strategic Communications is a strategist, collaborator and storyteller responsible for developing and executing strategic communications that cover internal and external communications. This role will lead a team of communicators in development and execution of comprehensive communications plans to elevate the ACAA's brand with key internal and external audiences and partner with business unit leaders to execute agreed-upon communication strategies, plans, and tactics. The person accepting this position will operate as the Authority's back-up public information officer (PIO) and a member of the crisis communications team.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION

Employment is contingent upon the results of a post-offer (initial employment or promotion) drug screening. Continued employment may be subject to drug and alcohol testing conducted without advance notice and without individualized suspicion.

Must pass a thorough investigation, consisting of a criminal history check (including but not limited to the requirements of CFR 1542.209 and 1542.3), verification of prior employment and performance, reference and credentials checks.
